About Mvuvi Kenya

Mvuvi means Fisherman in Swahili, the local language. We chose this name as a tribute to the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean, fishy waters that are crossed every day by fishermen with their traditional sailing boats: the Dhows. Situated in the pristine beaches of Watamu, along the Kenyan coast, Mvuvi is a small and welcoming Resort, It is 30 minutes drive from the Malindi airport and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Characterized by a simple and refined elegance, our bungalows are equipped with every comfort, perfect for short and long stays. They are surrounded by a luxuriant tropical garden, built with natural materials and furnished in Swahili style.
